Hi does anyone know that if a wanted to swap out a blown 1.9tdi pd 115 bhp engine for a avb. is it possible. only difference i can see is the intake manifold with electronic shutter and egr as apposed to vacuum.

just to let you all know it can be done just needed to mod a couple of multi plugs

can i replace an agp 1.9 sdi engine with a aqm sdi engine without any mods?

update 500825 2000/w octavia 1.9 sdi owned from new original exhust except cat replaced after hitting object in the road. original altenator (but new bushes 3 times and 1 ring) 1 starter motor 2 replcement gearboxes 4 replacement clutches original engine agp never been apart. original flywheel been skimed but now has damaged or missing teeth. apart from that the normal bearings shocks wishbones servicing ect.
