Has anyone purchased items from digitalrev.com?

That's great. Thanks. I will be buying from this site once my current canon camera is sold and I have finally made up my mind! -

Thanks. -
I am currently researching replacing my canon 40d camera body. I have been looking on digitalrev.com and have been surprised at the price difference. I am aware that the item will be a grey import and the instructions will not be in English. A world wide warranty and door to door warranty is included. I have also checked that the import tax and shipping is included in the price displayed. Has anyone purchased camera items from digitalrev.com? I have never spent that amount of money online before so it would be nice to hear any comments. Thanks.

Thankyou for all the replies. My lens started to work again when I went to show my dad. I will send it off for repair if and when it dies again!

I think I will need to send the lens away for repair. Thanks for your reply.

I own a Canon 40d and over the weekend have had an error message on the screen whilst using my Canon EFS 17-85 IS lens. The message is as follows :- Err 01 Communications between the camera and lens is faulty. Clean the lens contacts. I have tried cleaning both the camera and lens contacts but this works for a very short period of time before the message reappears again. I have used my other lenses and the error message only happens with my 17-85 lens. Therefore, I am confident that the issue is with the lens and not the camera body. I would really like to know if anyone else has had this issue and if so how it was resolved?

I have been reading the lowering threads for some time now and I am finding it really difficult to make up my mind on what to go for!! I really don't want to make the handling worse with the changes that I make. Has anyone fitted the Koni STR.T kit? It appears to be a lot of kit for the money. I would be interested to hear any reviews...good or bad!

I love the comments above. I am so pleased I am not alone on the mission to keep the seats clean. My four year old son has been banned from eating in the VRS after he dropped a full tube of smarties over the back seats (on a very hot day!). His car seat is sitting on a blanket and I have a two tubs of wipes in the boot. One tub for the seats and another tub for the little devils hands! I often tell my wife that I will ban her from eating and drinking in the car if she makes a mess. She thinks I am joking but she is heading dangerously close to the ban.!

Maybe it was foggy before they started filming and just simply forgot to turn them off! -

Fabia vrs does it sound reasonable?
marky79 replied to Craigus's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
I agree that it sounds a little steep. Parkers guide says £7020 for a 05/55 from a dealer. I have recently (less than two weeks ago) bought a 56 plate Fabia VRS with 22,000 miles from a ford main dealer for less than £7,500. I made a silly offer and they met me half way! Once you find the right car.....you will love it! -
Kenwood ones used today and the sterio was out in about 10 seconds! I tried the 'correct' tool for VAG cars from Halfords yesterday and it was useless. Thanks for the good advice.
