Hi Just sold my 03 skoda superb 1.9tdi classic 100 which had clocked 300,000 miles on the original gearbox, engine. Only part changed was the flywheel/clutch last year.

Hi I bought a 07 skoda superb elegance 1.9 tdi 115 with 105k about 6 weeks ago, problem is I'm getting bad MPG. Just had an oil change. Urban best I'm getting is 36/37 Motorway best 51. £90 diesel got me just 600 miles. Is this right ???

Yes, I have the double din sat nav DX unit and luckily I have the code for it. I've been scouring through a lot of the forums and most of them state that the dx unit has 2 permanent lives feeding it? If this is true then i think i am better getting the permanent and switched live feeds from the fusebox, right ???

So i just need a switched live and permanent live and a earth from the fusebox ?? What amp fuses do i need from the fusebox?? No need to buy any any extra sot leads ??

Hi all I have just taken out a parrot 3200ls out of my old 03 superb classic 1.9 tdi. My question is do I need any extra leads to connect to a Superb Elegance 07 ? If anyone could share some pics of how the parrot is connected to the dx unit I would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for dragging on, 1 more question don't the brakes, suspension parts, other parts need upgrading after a remap from 130 to 170 ???? will the original parts be able to cope with the extra power running through them?

So what choice of BHP do I have on a 08/58 model 1.9 tdi classic/comfort/elegance ?? If a 140 BHP model is available on a 08/58 1.9TDI then it is even better !!! I definitely will not buy a 2.0 because 2 of my friends bought a passat and audi a4 both 2.0tdi and both of them had to replace engines. thanks

Thanks for the quick replies. The oil I am using is vw certified. This 5w-40w oil is the one sold to me after I give my registration number to GSF. I used to use FUCHS TITAN 5w-40w but they have stopped selling it now. I do a oil change every 10K. I just wanted to know is do I use 5-30, 5-40, 10-40 as long as it is vw certified ?? because different places tell me different things.

My question is what is the highest BHP I can get on a MK1 superb with a 1.9 tdi engine ??? I was looking at something like a 08/58 elegance 1.9tdi. All replies will be appreciated.
