Hi, i have recently purchased a Skoda VRS and have been looking into making a few little improvements. My Car is a 55 plate but has been purchased with a Full additional Years Warranty. I wondered if anyone had used or heard anything about these in line chips which claim to inc bhp from 130 to 159 and increase the torque to 370nm. it all seems to be too good to be true but their ebay site has over 5000 feedbacks all really rating it and saying that they are well worth the £25 you pay. My only real question is will it be picked up by VAG - COM cos i dont want to effect my warranty in any way. Any ideas of advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi , I'm Christy . I am based in the Midlands and i have recently bought a 2005 Fabia VRS in black. I absolutely love it . I wondered if any of you have tried any of the Inline chips for the VAG group diesel cars - a website suggests an increase in BHP to 159 and increase in torque to 370 Nm which sounded great to me as an ex vw gti driver . Are there any advantages also to adding a performance air filter ? Any1 know if there are any clubs or meeting held in and around the midlands(west mids , shropshire, black country) as i would be very interested in getting to know local skoda drivers ? I'm also in with a local Mini club and wondered if there was something similar for us Skoda drivers. Thanks.
