  1. I have found in mine that the Bluetooth audio skips if the phone is in the storage box in front of the gear lever. If I put it in the dash mount or the cup holder it doesn't skip. Where is your phone when it occurs?
  2. Mine was fitted at the dealers but they did leave the case in the car for the software which looks like it would be an sd card. It comes in a dvd type case.
  3. Yeah, works brilliantly too. It even has the set speed on the display, which the yeti didn't have. So you can see what it's set at before you press resume.
  4. Never added a photo before on here so hopefully this works. This is my black vrs without black pack.
  5. I had the same situation but spotted before taking the car. The dealer retro fitted without any cost to me.
  6. I've just picked up a petrol vrs dsg this week in exchange for a yeti too. My yeti was only the 110 diesel though. Really enjoying the octavia so far but not had chance for a good run yet.
  7. The first 3 letters of your engine number should refer to your engine code, used for buying the correct parts. At least thats the way it is with mine.
  8. I love the Slovak skoda's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to take a Skoda 130 back to UK from here but I think the MOT would mean too much work. Where in SK are you? I'm in Partizanske at the moment, look out for an english octavia if ya ever round this way.
  9. I am glad it's not just me that gets so angry about these points, particularly the lane hogging on motorways. I can't really say i'm old fashioned either as i'm only 24 but I hate it if people don't even acknowledge when I let them out or give them right of way. In Sheffield where i'm from, it is common to say thankyou (or sorry) but even as close as Doncaster nobody does it! I'm currently in Slovakia and the one thing I have noticed throughout all the countries I have driven on the continent is NOBODY hogs the middle lane. There seems to be a far superior motorway training throughout the continent and I am yet to sit in a traffic jam. I can only hope something improves by the time i get back to the UK, I share your pain.
  10. Just had the call to say mine's been rebuilt. It was the oil control rings which were all replaced. Looks like the previous owner neglected the oil service and the got so full of crap the were letting oil into the plugs.
  11. I'm in the same boat at the minute mate, i feel your pain. First the coil packs were changed.- Cured for 2 days. Then plugs and leads. - cured for 1 day Then oxygen sensor 1. - Cured for 3 days Then a complete engine flush. - In garage for 2 weeks, Cured for 60 mile Now it's in again having the engine stripped to check the rings and valve stem seals. The problem is that I am moving to Europe in a week, the cars still in the garage and I have 1300 miles to drive in it when it comes back!! Hope you get it sorted mate cos i'm getting a bit worried about mine
