Well i know what you mean, but going back to the fiat uno turbo i owned, that was running about 180hp and weighed 750kg, and i had it for about 2 years. Even during the twilight years of ownership i would get in, drive it and be like....Sh**!! this thing is quick:D lol But its not about that anymore, needed a new car that will serve me well on the day to day, and also be a bit of fun. Not really interested in looking for more power from it at the mo, as like you say, can easily turn into a money pit. Have had many comments on how good looking the car is though, even from people who arnt 'car people'. Also seem to be attracting more races from the lights.

Silver Fabia VRS 2005, 40K Gday all. Just to say im really pleased that i bought and managed to persuade the missus to get a Fabia VRS In all seriousness though its a fairly practical car for day to day use, and no kids yet so even better for the interior. Powerfull car, handles well(ish), and was made to eat up 200-300 mile journeys. Now ive had it about a month and is it just me or does it not feel as quick as it did. Got used to the power i guess....or maybe a boost leak. hmmm? For some reason im finding this car bears some similarities to the fiat uno turbo i used to own. lol Hope it doesnt rust like it through!! Cracking motor overall, gona be some good motoring years ahead. (well they will be when i get the damn cd player to eject properly!!)
