Hope blood wasn't yours! I've tried with dried chocolate and with something unknnown that looked dark orange like dried iiron rust. (¿?) I've found that if water is not enough you can wipe hard stains with a suede brush.

As far as you may have a leather+Alcantara suede interior here are the instructions from the Alcantara company itself in order to clean and take care of it. Alcantara Manual

I got a copy of v5 (April 2009) and updated the Columbus of my 2008/05 Superb II, which by the way in Spain, never comes with the DVD maps. I wasn't able to know my original installed version but I think it was v3. At least for Spain the difference is great. In 2 of the 3 big trips I did this summer the navigator went "offroad" because of non-documented roads.

Having bought the "demo" car of the dealer it had all the extras available (except for bluetooth connection & side sunfolds, which would have come very handy as far as I live in Spain and I got a lot of sun). It is a 1.8 TSI Elegance Rosso Brunello Emory Ivory. - Alcantara is much more confortable than leather (fresher in summer, warmer in winter) - 18" wheels are very cool but I feel the car a little too close to the road for my taste. 17" would be better. - The feet rests become a nuisance that end in the trunk.
