Hi! I am Norm. I am the very proud(and happy) owner of a Mk2. Octavia Estate. I have owned my little beauty for just on 2 years now, and she still looks as good as new. Partly because my son owns a (Paintless scratch removal and machine polishing company)so any little blemishes he removes. When we ordered our car we wanted some extra toys on it. A sunroof. sunset glass. in car phone etc . I have driven just on 40.000 miles in the past 2 years. never had a problem.(I hope thats not the kiss of doom) I live and work in Cornwall. And can be seen in the North Cornwall and North Devon areas. I travel to South Wales very frequently.

Sunset glass. Bluetooth steering wheel. electric sunroof.wood trim.less than 4 weeks now. not that i am counting!!!

What a beauty..Is that a standard Octavia. I am taking delivery of an Octavia Est in Red in about 4 weeks time. Norm

Well done. My new Octavia 1.9 deisel est.with blue tooth steering wheel. sunset glass. electric sun roof as additions SHOULD be with us in about 4 weeks time. It was factory built because of the bolt on's. As a 57 yr old "i am getting quite excited"Norm

Many thanks for that info. I am a three handed 16 fingered 3 thumbs total washout when it comes to DIY on a car. But may well give it a go.Sounds like it beats sticking headlamp deflectors on the glass. Norm

I am taking delivery of a MK2 Octavia in about 8 weeks time. We have upgraded the steering wheel to incorporate the Maxi Dot computer. We have not upgraded the lighting system to Xenon. Will I be able to automaticaly adjust the headlights for continental driving I read in a magazine this week that you can on the Superb. Thanks. Norm

Good morning SIMBO99. Looking at the Scoda brochure I havn't upgraded to Xenon headlights. And the car is being factory built for us. Delivery in about another 8 weeks. So will be the new MK11

I am about to take delivery of a new Mk 2 Octavia Est. I have ordered maxi dot with blue tooth steering wheel. Will I be able to change my headlights to continental driving.I have not up graded the lights I understand that you can do this on the Superb.
