Does sound like your turbo has gone, reving the engine will only pass more crap through the system. You have the exact same symptoms to when my turbo blew, I also hoped a pipe had come off!!

Hi, apologies for this post but I'm fed up looking.....need new front disks and pads for my upgraded (312mm) Vrs. Don't want budget option nor stupidly expensive (Pagid pads....having a laugh!) just a good middle range set/manufacturer. Thanks to anyone who replies with advice

Just drive along the motorway at normal speed and wait for it to just fall off.........like mine did :wonder:
