The wife has a fabia, the thing is that the car loses power on inclines and stalls! It restarts immediately, but the thing is that this power reduction in way to common! My dealer kinda said it had to do with a resistor that controls the power of the car! The bloody thing is so weak, that on inclines in drive the car rolls backward, and this is a very smooth gradient! If this sustem is governed by a resistor, then Skoda should upgrade it!

:confused: I've got a 2003 Fabia Estate and I'm having some worries that it roles back in drive on inclines! The dealership says it has to do with the resistor that replaced the kick-down cable in other models! The car also stalls on very smooth inclines!!!! This is way too common!!! Can this be verified?

Running skodas for some ten years now! no worries cant complain! In my market, it is the most affordable european car! and worth every last penny (NEW) spent!
