  1. Fair enough. But I had an offer of 2100 and thats guaranteed and dont want to miss by holdin the car hence why if someone wants it the deal has to be done and the car gone by sat evening.
  2. Yes a deal must be done be Saturday evening or it goes with me on Sunday to my local Skoda dealer for a trade in.

  7. Thanks, i have spent sooooooo many hours making this car the way it is, the car was standard when i bought it from ALS Auto's in 2009 and started modifying it, i only used brand new parts so things were not done on the cheap, and i know that every little bit is tiptop.

The Service history is as PDI on 12/11/2004 by Robert Eardley & Son First Service on 21/08/06 @ 20,654 miles by Williams Skoda Second Service on 9/2/2009 @ 47,744 miles by ALS Auto's (Skoda Dealer) Third Service on 12/2/2010 @ 64,051 miles by Hockmeyer Motors Ltd, having oil flushed, 0W30 Fuch longlife oil, Plugs Pollen Oil and Fuel Filters (Skoda Parts used). Cam belt/Water pump changed on 11/3/2011 @ 80290 miles by Hockmeyer Motors Ltd (Skoda Parts Used) Forth Service on 26/4/2011 @ 81777 miles by Hockmeyer Motors Ltd, having oil flushed, 0W30 Fuch Longlife oil, Plugs (Denso VK20), Oil, Fuel and pollen filters (Skoda Parts) Next Service is due @ 101777 on 26/4/2013 or when service indicator shows. (Not currently showing on display)

  10. This is some of the paper work i have for the car, and of course the car has the owner manual and service book fully stamped up, and the spare remote key. not sure if the second photo shows very well but might give you an insight in to how much has been spent on it.

  12. Hi all, thanks for the interest I have received, I will not break the car and will be going AS IS. I ideally like a swap for a fabia vrs or the money to buy one, They seem to be selling for around 4000 for a half decent one, so i guess this is what i'll be looking for.   14. Hi everyone, i'm looking to part ways with my Octavia VRS, i ideally looking for a straight swap for a Fabia VRS as i'm now buying my first house and really to cut expenses. This is the only reason for sale or swap. Car Octavia 1.8t 2004 (54 reg) Vrs Engine 1.8 20v turbo AUQ, Jabba Sport induction kit, Forge Split-r DV, Forge FMIC, Forge TIP, Apexi AVC-R boost controller, N75 - N249 deleted, ABD intake manifold, VW 4 bar FPR, Silicone VAC hoses, Iridium spark plugs, Custom 2.5" exhaust turbo back with 200 cell sports cat and standard vrs tip refitted. The car is in good condition however this is NOT a show car and does have stone chips on bonnet and other age related marks. The interior is in good condition and has NO rips and holes in seats or door cards. The car come with FSH and has oil flushed every service and only used 0w30 fuchs longlife oil and genuine Skoda filters. The Cam Belt and Water pump have also been done at 80k again only using genuine Skoda Parts. I have had this car 4 Years in April and will be sad to let it go, but houses ain't cheap, lol. I not after selling it and in no rush to part with it, just looking if a straight swap was possible as i fancy something different, i've owned the octavia for 3 years and has served me very will, it has 90,000 on the clock and lots of paper work for all parts, mapping, cam belt, water pump etc... it is in need of a valet as i,ve not had the time since getting a house with the girlfriend and having other things to do. but thats all it needs.

  17. I'm with Flux and just renewed this month, I'm 28 with 3 points. I have full n.c.b. The car is kept in the garage. £850 all mods declared. I Snapped there hands off Been quoted stupid amounts in the past,best part of £3000 off some insurers!!!!!!

Hi, it is a resistive connection between the cramp and the cable, this is a common problem, it gets very hot and can lead to melting the fuse board on top of the battery, the easy and cheap repair is to disconnect the lead clean the connector where the wire is crimp to the wire and solder the connection (does take alot of heat and plumbers solder and flux) but does the trick well, saves £50 plus fitting. i've done this on my vrs and worked a treat, my alternator voltage before was 13.2v after 14.3v and no flat battery and lead stone cold after 2hr journey. 1 Year later still no problem!   20. I can't see why Michael at Jabba sport wouldn't of set the car up for best performance with current mods
  21. All mods listed in my sig It was a custom map jabba sport, they list on there website as stage1 generic map and stage 2 custom map.
  22. had mine mapped by JabbaSport custom map at 86,000miles on clock, full service history, cam belt and water pump changed but still on original clutch. Made 249bhp and 332nm torque, with no problems at all.
