I would think about getting the graphics put back on mine, as it would be back to standard. Who does this? and do you think they would do a deal for 2 cars? if another was intrested in getting it done? Seeing the comments on wheels, my spiders realy need a re-furb, the paint has had its day. The car body work is gleaming, just the wheels let it down. I had thought about getting some compomotive Mo6 in white, which, from some of the rally wrc car photos, look the same as what they use, so i think would be in keeping with the wrc cars? Spider re-furb is the other option i gues. Let me know your thoughts Cheers Matt

With the pantone ref you will be able to get paint mixed, as a shop fitter we often get issued with pantone referances and get paint mixed up for spraying. Worth a google search to find a local company to you who will mix paint, most should offer to supply it in a spray can for you too

Ive used Adrian Flux for quite a few years, they are great for modified cars, good prices too from what I've seen. My insurance last year was £500 with all mods listed, the next best price i could get was £900!! Well worth giving them a call, and yes do list all mod's as if you don't, you may aswell not have insurance. Any excuse for insurance firms and they will use it not to pay out. My wrc has the black rubbing strips on the doors, so i gues this is somthing that people may have removed over the years? As for the log book, the cars are registered simply as an octavia rs, so if you run a check on these they don't show up as being a wrc. The police car link seems likely as why would anyone remove the heated seats, eps, headlamp washers etc etc?

Hi All, Had the engine managment light come on today, plugged in my sts unit and got the code, P1296. This looks to be the temp sender, has anyone changed one? Is this a simple job? Not looked for it yet, will do tomorrow in the day light, and when its stopped raining! I understand this is on the right hand side of the block? Have called my local skoda garage, and they have a sender in stock, thinking of picking one up in the morning. Thanks in advance for your help Matt

White wheels look great, when they're clean! Have been thinking of changing mine to some compomotive mo6, 18", in white of course. This style of wheel was used on the octavia wrc car, so would be in keeping with the car i think. Your thoughts?...
