sorry for thread revival Parted with the Octy today :( served me well for the year iv had it and managed to clock up nearly 17k! Have now purchased a golf GT TDI 150 so will be having fun with that Just a quick thanks to the members for all the support and answers to my quires!

Hi guys im selling up so took off a few things Silver Forge 007 Recirc Valve with blue spring - £50 + postage Throttle body in good condition, cleaned up ready to fit -wasnt needed hence the sale - £30 + postage

I have them on mine with no problems at all (although i did pick them up for a bargain price of £100!) is yours a vrs? If it is make sure they are for a vrs as they will have to have the mounts for the drop links to go onto They do wind down quite low as well. Ride is not as harsh as i thought it would be either

iv learnt the hard way :( lol Although as mentioned, i find a quick squirt of quick detailer on the pad helps also tried applying the wax using fingertips

iv got 915 and its a PITA to apply being a hard wax, but lasts once its on

Octy I Hatchback - Rear Wiper Motor

I have a wiper motor you can have iv got the arm as well so il chuck that in was removed from my 2002 Octy vRS only removed as i de-wipered the car -

if your fitting it yourself and just want standard then LUK clutch kits from the likes of GSF will be good enough i should imagine

+1 to flyeyes or another alternative is Lamin-x

yup i read that epic long thread and the ones on this forum Going to try a throttle body reset and see if it makes any difference
