  1. Tried that and got shirtily pointedly back to my insurer which wasn't entirely helpful. Might give them another go.
  2. Some idiot drove into the back of my shiny new Fabia while at a roundabout. Visually there is no major damage although the rear bumper has split and there's scuff marks, damaged paint in a few places. I am currently debating with the insurer about having it fixed at a Skoda approved repairer as it's so new (only had it 3 months.) The VAG site is showing Reynolds of Rushock or Hitech Solihull as being the nearest to me, and I wondered if anyone had any feedback on using these? I can't find a link to specifically Skoda ones on the website, plus it would be good to know if they'll do a decent job anyway. Any help appreciated.
