  1. Have, after much searching of brokers Carwow, Drive the Deal etc decided to change my Kodiaq. I’m looking at a Sportline model but am undecided whether I want a manual or DSG gearbox. Ive always gone for a manual but many of my friends and neighbours favour an automatic. Whats the general consensus of opinion. I know automatics are less economical and cost more but what are the benefits?
  2. Has any one got experience of the Kodiaq with the 190tsi engine. Just wondered what mpg was like. Official says 30 mpg Combined which seems a bit low. Thinking if trading up to one. Don’t want to pay £500 a year for a diesel model thanks.
  3. Thanks I’ll see what they quote me.
  4. Many thanks. Good advice. I’ve used Webuyanycar before to sell a car as part of an estate so I’ll give them a try Ive tried my local dealer who over the years my family and I have bought over 8 cars but they don’t seem interested in matching Carwow so I’ll go elsewhere. Thanks again.
  5. I’m thinking of changing my 1.4 TSI to a newer model .Anyone got any knowledge of deals out there and which dealers are best? I’ve tried a few but it’s the same old story -your cars worth nowt and a new one is top whack! You’d have thought given the COVID crisis they’d be more than happy to do a fair deal! I’m in the Bristol /Bath are but don’t mind travelling a 100 miles or so for a good deal.
  6. I’m thinking of changing my 1.4 TSI 150 SEL as it’s coming up to 3 yrs old. Undecided on which trim/ engine to get. I rather fancy an Ediition 2.0 petrol or diesel but Skoda tell me its no longer available ? Anyone got any thoughts on the trim and engines? I don’t like DSG but seems if you want more power that’s the only option !
  7. Has anyone had a remap done on a Skoda Kodiaq 1.4 Tsi 150? I’m looking for it bit more pulling power without going to the 2.0 litre with the DSG which I’m not a fan of. If so can anyone recommend a fitter/ system please? Thanks
