They Have the odd mark on them and have been previously resprayed. That being the pictures are not old pictures I had hanging around on my pc they are from after I clean them up. £280 if for the 4 but if you are feeling greedy and need 6 wheels on your wagon I’m sure I can sort you something out. -

I believe that is the standard size discs for an octavia VRS so I can’t see you having any problems. They are still up for sale although I’m slightly interested if they will fit over the Bembo’s of the Leon I pickup on Sunday. -
I would do 2 single wheels £100 for the pair

We get any thing between 40 and 47 mpg average when we reset the computer on our DSG VRS Estate CR. Can average 50-55 mpg on a run if you treat it nice but then there is not any point in buying the car.

There should be a number on the turbo. If you get that of it you should get the correct one first time.

At work the price is not normally that different to replace the dual mass with another dual mass. I guess the benefit comes when you do very high miles and think you many have to replace it a second time. For example in taxis when they would hope next time they have to only buy new clutch. There is a school of thought that thinks the dual mass is there for a reason and to take it out may cost you more damage in the end.

I have not had to drive on them but trial fitted both snow sock, chains and chains which pull on with the wheel bolts. The ones which pull on with the wheel bolts are much easier to fit than any of the others but they cost allot more. You Just hang them on the top of the wheel pull them around the bitts of wheel you can reach and then connect clamp to wheel bolt pull tight and drive off. Then pull over and make sure they are on. The over chains took a lot of rolling the car back and forwards and grovelling on the floor. Snow socks were very tight to fit and saw on my hands but don’t have to untangle them like normal chains.
