    I am shocked to hear your experience @ claybank,having met the new guy,in service he told me the reception was being moved from one end of the showroom to the other ( it looks much better now) the car park was rammed because about 90-160 cars were being delivered due to the scrappage scheme over sept & october also the scottish guy was very helpfull,advised me on what my car required & delivered what he promised.I would recommend him:thumbup:
