The rims should not be more than one or maximum two inch bigger than the brake needs. Otherwise it has something strange in it. See the small looking 16" brake with the 19" rims? It is lost. Since the brake is a strong hint to the actual power of the car, everybody with a little knowledge sees that this car hasnt got the power for 19" wheels.

Thats one of the reasons why I will drive 235/45/17 soon.

There are not many. I'm sure. I never saw another 3,6 with Outdoor somewhere.

The load index of the tyres and of course the pressure have a big influence. It is not enough comparing 40/45 18/17.

Why should there be any reason but money? Skoda even saved the money for the button inserts in brown. The only reason why everything is brown is because the true color for the L&K was already occupied - Ivory!

no 3-spoke wheel for the L&K. On top you get those ugly black plastic inserts in the four spoke. The L&K is a fail par excellence.
