  1. New car from a non franchised dealer?

    I'm considering a new Karoq and have a test drive booked with my local dealer this weekend. In the meantime I tried all the usual brokers to compare prices, and Autoebid came in with the lowest. They told me that the price was supplied by a non franchised dealer - this will be for a new build to my spec - but stated "you still receive the full Skoda warranty and can take your car to any Skoda dealer for servicing and warranty work". Is this feasible? Can a non franchised dealer order a new factory build and supply it with a full manufacturer's warranty?
