  1. Hi, There is clearly a major problem with these wheels. I reckon I can find 10 people plus who have problems with the wheels. Im going to contact Skoda customer services tomorrow, I will also be getting some legal advice regarding taking them to the small claims court. I heard that there was a similar problem with BMW, once Watchdog got onto the case they started paying out.... watch this space! Cheers
  2. http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/159893-le-damaged-wheels-register/ Ive put a post together to try and establish how many have got knackered wheels, if you could put any response from dealers on there that would be great. The dealership in York were utter ****e. Cheers
  3. Ladies and Gents, Going on from my previous post regarding damaged wheels on my LE Vrs I thought I'd try and get a few people together so we can contact Skoda on mass and try and get some new wheels out of them, if not a few quid towards the ones we've replaced. Im now losing preassure on 3 wheels, the only one that Im not losing air is the the one Ive replaced! I'll contact skoda once theres a few of us on the case! Cheers, J
  4. Hi, I (or the wife!) have managed to buckle the front two wheels on the new ltd edition. Ive already replaced one - cost best part of £350 in total. Hase anyone else had problems? we havent been raping the car or taking it off road and can only think of a few harsh pot holes but none bad enough to pull your fillings out. The wheels are quite alot cheaper than the ones that come as standard on the normal vrs, about £70 cheaper. Think they may be sub standard. Thanks for looking and any advice would be greatly appriciated. Ta
  5. Has anyone had the DPF removed and gone for the Miltec pipe and JBS remap option?? Thinking about it, from what ive heard the savings on fuel should pay for the work after a while. Not sure if it will knacker the warranty? The extra 50 or so bhp will do nicley. Merry Christmas
