You need a right cluster to fully operate from MFSW. Know this issue

5E0 number MFSW will not work but "Octavia III style" ( late SuperB and new Yeti) will work

Edit number before dial up and look if number is right, if there is no any prefix before have you try this same from satnav ?

This is it. You know that with VW MFSW you can operate Cluster menu much easy ? No need longer to press and hold TOP arrow to get menu acces. You can simple scroll via MENu button from MFSW.
