According to Auto Express a built in umbrella is standard on new Fabia's SE and above ordered from 8th August. My dealer tells me some are already arriving with them fitted. My Estate is due next month and as I live in Wales I have a particular interest ! Anyone got further info ?

I see an annoying reflection into the drivers door mirror from the chrome trim on the air vent flap so have covered with a bit of insulation tape. not a good look for a new car. Must be a Skoda thing cos my previous L&K Octy really bugged me, the light switch reflected at night into the door mirror. Should have been identified in pre production.

2 week old Yeti 140 manual failed to start Sunday morning, flat battery. RAC found earth terminal very loose at battery, Fault messages came up on power steering and esp which cleared once I had a run out. Do new cars still get a PDI ?

Anyone out there with experience of the Yeti specific dog guard by Saunders as seen on ebay. Does it rattle !

Interested in switching to all weather tyres and all I can find in 225/50x17 is Goodyear 4 Seasons. Kumho are supposed to be bringing one out in October 2012. Why the lack of choice, is there no demand?

Picked up my new yeti 140 elegance today, got home to play with all the bells and whistles and surprise ,surprise it has the same bolero system as my old octavia. I assumed was getting the amundsen sat nav system. Are skoda secretly downgrading or is this a wrong build? Advice please before I bend the dealers ear tomorrow. Tried their se plus in March with the sat nav. Probably better off with a £100 tomtom anyway.

Taking my 3/2010 L&K to france and spain next month. The handbook says i can alter the headlights thru the maxidot so go into lights and vision,travel mode and click. Faulty bulb light comes on to indicate adjustmernt but the headlights don't switch. any ideas please. Is there a software update ?
