  1. try www.camskill.co.uk great company to use and some real good prices. they stock falkens as well, I had them on my VXR and no complaints for the price but make sure you get the FK452's as mentioned
  2. 1100 Euros for 1 !!!! hooooly **** The injectors are apparantly £300 each or £1200 a set for new parts from Skoda Or u could have had a full set for £300 i found here on a google search : http://www.tdisport.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=82&t=304
  3. Just had mine done as it was knocked off by a dozy old dear :( skoda main dealer wanted £221 painted if I fit it myself - so bought new unit off ebay £80 and got it painted £20 fitted myself - pretty simple Job done
  4. I have a 57 plate VRS diesel and the drone in mine is loud as well ! I had the bearings checked as you did and all ok i'm told then went on to the rear geometric problem and sawtooth tyres etc etc. I havent changed the rear rubber yet as still 5mm on but drivin me mad too! may have to get a set of Falken FK452's as they were great on my previous car for a cheaper brand tyre.
  5. mine currently has Bridgestones on the back and they are proper noisy ! will be lookin to change them asap altho when there is still 5mm left it seems a shame :( had bearings etc checked and the stealers said it was the inherent "sawtooth" problem which has been well covered on here. I never had any probs with my Falkens either but after reading up they need to be the FK452's specifically, mine did 10k and were still going strong after vigerous driving
  6. I just changed to a VRS from a Corsa VXR, I put the Falken FK452's on the front of that and for the price they are unbeatable in my opinion. Check this thread for price : http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m54b0s16p6205 Obviously they are the cheaper end of the scale but I have spent fortunes on tyres and brands which were not half as good.
  7. RADIO 2 !!! jees m8 I'm not ready for the pipe and slippers yet ha ha
  8. ok cheers I will get searching the Forum  I can say though that today I took the headunit out and there is definately no aux input on the back :( anyway time to search........
