  1. I actually placed an order with www.simplycarmats.co.uk, as I have used them before on my previous Superbs, and they deliver to Ireland, and can quote prices in Euros, and have quite a range available.
  2. I got a Samsung Galaxy S10 today, to replace a Galaxy S8, and have the exact same problem, so it is a matter of waiting to see what happens at the next update.
  3. I was looking at www.eiretyres.com, and they are also listed on the UK version of this site www.mytyres.co.uk, which are all run as country specific sites, by delticom. Price is pretty steep on the UK site at £289.30 per tyre , compared to €225.20 on the Irish site.
  4. PS4 's are available in the following size if that is the size you are looking for : 235/45 ZR18 (98Y) XL DT, with rim protection ridge (FSL) with a tyre rating of C / A, and 71db
  5. I had a Quartz Grey combi 152 D reg, and changed it just 3 weeks ago, for a 181 D Combi ,L&K spec, Moon White metallic, with black polished alloys, and I am amazed at the colour, the white makes the car look so much bigger, now all I need is some decent weather, to enjoy it in.
  6. PXB is the code listed for the Sleep Package, hope this helps., but as far as I am aware, if ordering this, it includes all items in the Slppe Package, I don't know if you can after order the Head Reatraints on their own.
  7. My superb had some software upgrade done to the handbrake, when it was in for it's service in september, despite my car having no problems. I think it was to do with handbrakes on some cars not releasing fully at times.
  8. Travall do a combined pack ( Dog Guard & Liner ) called Transport Pack for the 2017 Superb Hatch ( part no's TDG1500. TBM1139), for £139.50, with a 1-2 Day UK delivery., a 10% saving on buying these items on their own. I have the Guard fitted in my Combi, and find it excellent. They don't seem however to do a divider for the Hatch however, but it might be worth contacting them, to see, what they suggest.
  9. As far as I can recall it is 4.7 lts of oil for a service fill, and 5 lts for a dry fill, so a 5lt container of oil would be enough.
  10. page 300 of the manual, shows how to unlock the boot manually. if you don't have a manual to hand, you can download it from the Skoda website. hope you get things sorted out.
  11. I didn't know, that there were fittings available to fix this net partition behind the front seats, I 've only heard of the two that are drilled into the headlining behind the rear seats. I suppose the same fittings could be used, as they would do the same job. Hope you manage to get something worked out.
  12. The Sleep Package is available in Ireland is available for €255.
  13. Dealers should have updates of what is coming in builds from week 22 by now, and should be able to advise you, on these changes. It might also be possible to find out when your build week would be, if you placed an order now, as who knows, you might end up with a build week 21, if order was placed too soon.
  14. This is true, I got a confirmation e-mail from Skoda Ireland, that changes to Superb, ( Skoda Connect ), would take place from week 22, so any changes for the 2018 year, would all take place at this time.
  15. Sadly, this seems too true. Brand Loyalty seems to only work one way, Skoda owners towards the brand, but when it comes to reverse, it all falls apart. Yes, there are some great dealers out there, but they too, must get very disillusioned with their national company at times, as they themselves cannot update configurators etc.
  16. I also got the travall dog guard for my combi, and was hard to fit, first time, but once in, it can be taken out , and re-fitted in a matter of minutes.
  17. In the Rep. of Ireland, the ad for the Kodiaq has been showing numerous times a night, since the launch ( mid march), but it's not much help, as when you go on to the website, to find more details, and go into the configurator, all the extras, from extended warranty, to wheels, seats, etc, are still showing as €0. Obviously they ( Skoda Ire), believe that the Kodiaq, will sell itself, irrespective of the extra costs.
  18. As far as I know, the rear wiper comes as standard on the L&K version, and is an option on the other levels, ( Active, Ambition, and Style), at around €95, seeing that the Sportline, is based on the Ambition level of spec, with some additions, there really should be no reason why the rear wiper is not an option, but you can't check this on the cofigurator, as the sportline is not listed. Sportline shows up on pricelists, for model types, but even when you look below at the different levels of specs for the different trim levels, you find that Sportline is missing. Only your dealer, will be able to answer, as to how he was able to spec an option, and charge for it, and then find out that it could not be done, usually each level , will have it's own option list.
  19. I was up with my dealer last month, when the had the left hand drive model on show, showed and interest, as I wanted to find out cost of some options ( for items that are standard in the superb style spec, but not in the kodiaq) and was told that they would contact me, with the cost of options as soon as prices were released, so I could plan my speced car. but they seem to have little interest in following through. Depending on the price that the Kodiaq Style worked out at, it was going to be that, or to stick with a Superb, but go up to an L&K, however I am not planning on chasing them, to get them to follow up.
  20. I have to question, what Skoda Ireland, are up to, in relation to the launch of the Kodiaq. The demo cars arrived in dealers on the 16th March, but as of today, the configurator has still not been set up, ( all options are still set as €0 ), this is despite Skoda Irl saying it would go live, early march, once pricing for options was agreed. How can you decide what you can afford, prior to visiting your dealer, with your list of options, that you the have to add on / and possibly take off again depending on your budget ?, if you have no idea of the costs.
  21. Pricing for options still need to be signed off on ( it seems), but it is getting closer to the launch, which I believe is towards the end of next week, so they should be uploaded soon.
  22. As of just now, corrida red is still showing on the Rep. of Ireland configurator, along with two whites, and 1 blue , ( all base couours). Also showing are the 10 metallic colour choices.
  23. Does anyone know when the Columbus with the 9.2 inch, became available on the Superb, and if it is available, has Skoda Connect also become available ?
  24. I also had a buzz, which I thought came from the dash area, but on checking found that it was the ashtray that was causing the noise, took it out, and fitted a small piece of sticking plaster to underside, so that it made a tight fit when replaced, and buzz disappeared.
  25. It is very strange that specs can vary so much between countries, as heated fron seats are standard here in Ireland from Ambition level.
