I must admit, I've never paid for car mats, I've always expected the dealer to throw them in as part of the deal – I suppose you get what you pay for!

Mine came with the factory fitted carpet mats, which have no logo, are of low quality and will probably only last a few months before I've worn a hole in them (no double layer for the driver's heels). I remember when I ordered a new Golf GTI MK4, it came with standard carpet mats, which were of the same poor quality and lasted about two weeks. The dealer replaced them with the luxury carpet mats FOC and they lasted 11 years.

My dealer says they've had problems with the new software on their demonstrator, so they won't update mine until it's working correctly. I haven't had any problems since the initial hiccup (exhaust system warning light) – 'touch wood'!

You can also right click on the files in iTunes and choose 'Create MP3 version' as long they aren't protected. I also think that the SD card has to be formatted as FAT32.

My light was reset by the dealer, but came back on again, then reset itself four days later and has stayed off since – I wonder what the fault was/is?

I don't believe it – the light has gone out now! It was due to have the manifold pressure sensor replaced (thrust sensor) this morning (swapped with a showroom model). I've agreed to not replace it and wait to see if there is a solution from Skoda over the next few weeks. Hopefully the light won't come back on again in the meantime!

Does that mean it may not be a faulty thrust sensor?

My Yeti was exactly 10 days old when I had exactly the same fault (the little yellow engine symbol). Apparently mine is caused by a faulty thrust sensor, which the dealer is trying to source, but there are none in the country. I'm having to drive with the warning light on.
