You could always sell the handset on.. not sure what the others are fetching on eBay but the G1 seems to get £200-300 depending on whether it's locked or not.

You can delete the entire campaign from Campaign Management (tab) > Campaign Summary > check the box next to the campaign and press the delete button at the top of the page. Within each campaign you can also do the same to each of the Ad Groups. Within each Ad Group you can view the Keywords or Ad Variations and delete either as needed.
