I have a Octavia 4x4 estate and fitted Prestivo Sport tyres . I have fitted these to all my cars recently and never had any problems ,hard wearing and used by a lot of taxis in my area . -

Have you checked wires that run from car on right side out of door shut into right door front ,common fault sometimes . I had this with mine intermittent then I moved wires on the block and worked ever since . Read on Octavia page about it . -
Will these not just tap out into boot if you use a small screw driver and hammer .

I was in this predicament a few months ago and in the end went for Octavia Estate . I drive a Octavia 4x4 Estate diesel daily in my job and just love them ,the main reason I choose the Octavia was the actual size . Going down narrow country lanes the Superb is just that much more wider and the length is more for parking around town environment. I am 65 years old and have great deal of driving experience and for me I feel more at home and comfortable driving my Octavia Estate. The Superb Estate was a 1.8 Tsi petrol . Peter

I have been offered winter wheels and tyres to fit my Octavia 4x4 estate at a good price . They are 195/ 65/15 Goodyear tyres on steel wheels .My Estate originally came on 15” Alloys so would these be ok to use. Peter

On my dash board where the trip ometer is on the top it reads miles covered but underneath it reads Km/h speed , can this be altered to mph . Peter
