My Monte Carlo is pulling to the left HELP!
AussieV replied to vtaylor92's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk II (2007-2014)
I'm beginning to believe that changing tyres, going for several alignments wont change a thing. Something else is the problem. I live in Greece where my fabia is left-hand drive and the moment I got the car brand new from the dealers, the car was pulling to the right, the exact opposite!!! Went back the next day for an alignment, a bit better but still the car was pulling to the right, also went after a period of time elswhere for an alignment and still the proplem persists. Has anyone checked their steering rack, as mentioned by Carlo diesel? p.s. I'm on 195/55/15 wheels from factory.- 286 replies

Chrome Trim on the Steering Wheel
AussieV replied to Kent (DK)'s topic in Skoda Fabia Mk II (2007-2014)
Amazing how a piece of chrome can change the whole interior! Like it a lot!!! -
I was thinking about it, but find it rather expensive for what it does. They say you have better throttle response but due to the fact one may like playing with the throttle in order to hear the blow off sound fuel consuption rises. P.S. You can look up in youtube first to see whether you like the sound or not.

I have a 4 spoke steering wheel with no blanks and always envyed the 3 spoke. Went in www.ebay.de (had more results) and typed "fabia lenkrad" or "skoda lenkrad" and found me a steering wheel like this one: http://www.ebay.de/i...=item53f85496b7 Waiting for it to arrive. Also, planning to buy a new loom (part number: 3T0971584) like this: http://www.ebay.com/...9b5b90e&vxp=mtr which has an extra black cable for the multifunction buttons Then I suppose all I need after changing wheels, wires and installing same airbag is an VCDS for right code input. Well fingers crossed, see how it all turns out....

Even my 96 model toyota starlet had folding-retracted mirrors....ho well I guess we can all do without them and use our hands instead.

The Skoda dealer told me last week that the yeti will be arriving 10-20 days after than schedual because of everyone ordering sunroofs etc, Wierd. Also read on the net that Yetis' will be manufactured as well in Ukraine from this month, no wonder....

In Greece the Yeti doesn't come with folding mirrors nor can you add it as extra when ordering :( From what i understood, if ordered, the mirrors themselves can be tinted electronicaly somehow depending on the light of the sun :S

Here in Greece only the Elegance-Experience have rear speakers. All others are without, unless you pay an extra 110 euros.
