anyone know the part number for updated tensioner for 2.0 tsi

anyone had any dealings with gap insurance ,i thought the idea was they made up what your insurance company offered you; to make it to what you paid for car in the time its covered by gap.my mates daughters car was written off, she tried for gap to make it back to what she paid but they have recalculated it a great deal cheaper than what she paid for it the insurance settle with her but gap wont make it up,i took gap on my new vrs and the way i was sold it by the garage was it would settle any difference

is there anything that i can add to my diesel to try and clean inside of engine, this is on a van which just seems to be dead as a doormat its just had a service and new turbo sensor fitted but no different any ideas would be helpful

its just the fronts have a shark remap on it but dont drive crazy the backs are still ok,what about michelin pilots

need new front tyres on the octavia only done 9500 miles and just seen a lot of reviews saying the dunlops are a poor wet weather tyre;get alot of wheel spin in damp conditions can hardly put the foot down when wet,looking for something with a good all round performance in the wet or dry ,thanks david

hi all any you guys who have put the remap on did you get the programming complete sign and turn ignition off and remove cable,i only get turn ignition off and press y but it just reappears have tried car and map is on it has totally transformed the car goes like stink in all gears ,cheers ben awesome job

cheers it will be worse after the shark remap then, it must be when wheels are spinning at different speeds i had a bit of lock on

SET off today in the wet rather briskly and the wheels began to spin then there was a quick noise from the front end like a hammering on the front end is this the traction system sorting things out, had this on a rover 216 twin cam when you spun the wheels badly enough only in the wet ,like the wheels are jumping, any ideas anyone cheers
