the feedback in the steering it's like shaking the car from side to side, not so much that the car is going from one to another but you can see the steering wheel shaking about

Hi guys last year I had smoke coming out of the wheels from the brakes i had loss of power but the AA couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes he said to get a garage to look at it, the garage found the brakes had locked on. the garage had replaced the calipers and the pads, the discs were changed and the fluid was changed as well but now i'm getting bad feedback though the steering wheel and the brakes stink has anyone had the same problems the garage think it may be the brake hoses please help
