Motorcyclist using the turn right lane and hatched area beyond it to overtake at high speed, more annoying is the hatched area ends and then an overtaking lane is there. Damn lucky nobody decided to legally overtake and knock him off his bike.

Yeah it is Sony, hence the latest batch of films to keep the rights. The unfortunate thing is that Spider-Man is such a money spinner for Sony i doubt they would just sell him as it were. i think one of the deals that Adam_ alluded to was that Sony get a % from the films that Marvel make with Spider-Man in them. Which would be the most logical choice for Sony as in no risk and all reward. With reference to Chris Hemsworth as Thor i think Age of Ultron will be his 4th movie in a 6 movie contract so i can't see him going just yet, i doubt Marvel would allow.

when i got made redundant, they bought in an outside company to help out with getting a new job. gave a leaving date and breakdown of redundancy package and that was that. It was a big company though and 50 people were being shipped out at the same time.

I'd go for small claims on this one, you seem to have more than enough evidence from what you have posted on here I would think. Plus the fact Skoda UK have bent over backwards to help says a lot. Even if you did post to their facebook page and twitter account they could easily say you are just a peed of customer with an axe to grind and get round it to some respect, they might even be able to get it taken off there i suppose too.
