  1. Hi all, I had today A 30000km Service on my Octavia 1.4TSI DSG. My DSG gearbox was a little noisy between 1st and 2 gear, After a quick drive the guy from the garage said the clutch is not working good and should be replaced. They ordered me one which they say is now improved, will take 2 weeks... He said that its slipping on 2 gear... Wander if some one had the same problem or is it just lucky me.... Yaniv
  2. Thanks Ian, It will only happen on a fast stop, and again only from time to time. Usually not... Yaniv
  3. My new Octavia 1.4 TSI DSG is now after 2500 miles. From time to time the engine turns off on stopping,It doesn't happen a lot (except today twice... ) I red on another site,a client which had the same problem, went to the dealer, they said they restarted the computer, according to him with no help... I wonder if any one had the same problem...?? Thanks Yaniv
  4. Have you tried measuring in the city? Do you get more then 24MPG? Or combined 1/3 motorway and the rest city traffic? Thanks, Yaniv
  5. I have just receive my new 1.4 tsi DSG Octavia last week. Did already 375 miles, I was a little disappointed from the fuel consumption as it did average 24 MPG both high way and city.(1\3 high way) I didn't push the engine at all and driving very easily, I wonder if it is because its new? I read here about 48 MPG,can I wish it? Please let me know your average... Thanks, Yaniv
