Loved Cornwall, apart from the windy little roads. Was getting claustrophobia after three days. Loved Wales, very tall country. Next stop, Scotland, even taller country. As for roads, we don't have them here, just bits of tarmac between the ditches, Romans never got this far west

Dealer told me it was a 'Sporadic Engine Fault' whatever that means. Considering the waived the fee for running the diagnostic and valeted the car before sending me on my way, it felt like something more than plugs. But I only drive the car, what happens under the bonnet is generally someone elses problem. Both times my lights came on I had just refuelled and driven about 30 miles. May be a coincidence.

Sounds like the 1.2 TSI strikes again. Same thing happened with my Occy 1.2 TSI Auto. Happened twice (first time in Cornwall, on holidays from Ireland. Big thanks to the guys in Skoda Plymouth). After the second time, brought it back to my dealer and told them to keep it. Now driving Yeti 2l Diesel. Seems there may be a problem with the little TSI.
