  1. I had an issue with rear discs on my 2017 1.6 the hub section was a different thickness by about 10mm i ended up getting a genuine set off eBay once I got the part number worth trying to get that then get the factor to cross refer them.
  2. My 2017 had developed a clutch noise. its used as a private hire and done around 70k it on it. It starts when the car has been running a while and hill starts seem to to be worse so suspect they clutches are on there way out. think the issue with these is they change to 2nd instantly so must be putting a lot of pressure on the clutches.
  3. For my lowely Se Tech an auto handbrake and some headlights better than the candle powered ones would be nice.
  4. Ops sorry for confusing the thread😬
  5. Seems like they will do the job, interesting the factors don’t seem to have any other option that the 51mm. Thanks for your help.
  6. 5Q0615601C Just spoke to an eBay supplier and this appears to be the part number I need .
  7. thanks mines is saying 1KD the issue I have is the hub height is different diameter seems the same.
  8. I’m trying to source rear discs for an 2017 estate factors appear to only have one listing but the hub is thicker on my car. £150 from the dealer it appears 😬
  9. I have had an advisory on my n/s front strut at the last service, it’s also a PHC (17 plate). My 30k 63 plate Golf GTi also has had the same issue with one being changed twice already. Either the appalling roads or VW using junk.
