First, make dsg calibration with VCDS. Someone had here in Slovenia the same problem with dsg in the Audi A3 and the vibration completely disappeared.

My wife is not problem here , but this is good suggestion. . And now really, is problem in turbo in my case?

Hi, few month after remap ecu,I have noise like police siren from turbocharger.The car is Octavia II 1.9 TDI 77KW.I checked the turbo and there is no free play on shaft and no oil around the blades.The noise is only between 1500-2000 rpm. Whats OEM number for this piece, my is broken and cant find number.Its on DSG transmission - selector cable level.

Hi, im ovner of Fabia II 1.4 TDI PD (2008) and last week when i shift in reverse and release clucth, i was hear big bang in transmission and then crunches.From that time reverse gear was no longer available, it was only crunches. After the third time of disassembly of transmission i found, that the sprocket for reverse gear is upside-down.And the error is already from the factory.In this time (four years)nobody open the transmission, service that does not have a record for this.The error was that - because wrong position of sprocket(upside-down)the sprocket is not lock in the reverse position, but it has moved forvard against the third gear sprocket.My proposal is to open the gearbox and check this sprocket. Here is picture of worn sprocket this is correct position of sprocket in my case was upside-down diagram of transmission, sprocket number 24 and here you can see the right position of it And sorry for my really bad English.

Can anyone tell me, what is this brown connector near starter motor?Is it possible that for that broken connector A/C compressor wont work?(error is 00898 - open circuit/short to ground)?Please help. The car is Fabia II 1.4 PD TDI (2008)

I have 214.000 km, the car was from France, the oil in DSG gearbox is 100% original from factory because i didnt find nowhere that the oil is change.What do you think, if now I change that oil - will this destroy my gearbox?(6-sp. wet clucth). And my averages is 4.8 - 5.2 l/100 km.

Is it dmf for dsg transmission on 1.9 and 2.0l tdi same or is it any difference between them?And is it DMF with part number 03l 105 266 AF right for Octavia 2 (1.9 tdi, BXE)?

Check for torque value in vcds, it must be 0.0 or -0.5 kw for better economy.

On left side + pin is 10 and on right side is 2.I suggest that you take off the cover on light and check which wire goes to bulb and then check on the connector.

I connected on the wire inside of the light.I pulled the wire through the vent holes - two rubber hoses.

I have another question, if anybody know. If I took down turbo pipe from egr and push the gas pedal, I got blue smoke from the egr.I check timing with vcds which is 0.5 kw.If I move this to +3.0 kw, blue smoke almost dissapear.Is it somethin wrong with injector or is timing - the fuel is injected too fast into cylinder? The engine is 1.9 tdi pd 77kw.

Any suggestion, why I have overboost on O2 1.9 tdi PD 77kw.The turbo vanes do not sticking. Here is a log from vcds, full acceleration (the car have DSG).

Hi guys. I have O2 and I also have that "wind noise" from right rear passenger door.I check door seal and small window ,( I do everything what other help, but on my car does not help) but there are all fine.The noise is coming from B pillar, but when I sit back, I can hear it from trunk. Help, please.

Under handbrake trim is nothing.Only wires for aux.Any other hint?
