I own a 320d as well and its no where near as quick as my VRS in a straight line. Round corners however I think I'd see that situation reversed - probably just because Ive not got used to fwd yet - the fabia just doesn't feel anywhere near as balanced on the road.

Interesting thread. On my race car I've used string and poles to perform wheel alignment & adjust camber have found it very repeatable. I was planning on using the same technique on my new (to me) Fabia to check the alignment - then potentially make adjustments to my taste (more likely I'll end up taking it to a garage if its a long way out). Is there a listing of the desired static settings for a standard car?

Hi All, We picked up our nice 05 plate VRS at the weekend and after driving the 300+ miles home Ive decided the wife can use the BM for commuting. I'll nip over to the technical section now for a few questions. Dave
