hi does anyone know where the washer pump is and how to remove refit. I have had the wiper problem and changed the fuse as per the guide and now the wipers are working fine, however the washers arent and there is no sound coming from the pump so im thinking the ice might have knackered it. or should i give it a few days untill to try and let it thaw?

well i dont think the undercover is usless its clearly prevented that 'big rock' from hitting your sump or summin that could have done some costly damage remember its a big engine for a small car so fills the engine bay a lot..so theres a lot of costly parts that it protects plus it protects the inner end of ur drive shaft quite well..... so get that nu one from the dealers +1

decided to replace my front droplinks before my MOT, when i rang GSF there were two types unbranded ones and branded ones the branded ones were 30 quid..ish and the unbranded ones were about 23 quid...ish. so my question is there anypoint getting the branded ones for the sake of 7/10 quid cheers lee

cheers. what is wallowing im not familiar with that term. tbh id love some coilover's but i dont have that kinda money to spend but £120 quid to give me a bit of a better handling and increased looks seems worth it to me.

So got a little extra cash flow next month been pimpin ma self out :p, decided to go for a lowering spring for ma car. some main points i would like to question, ive been told max i can go is 40mm , so ive seen a set of KONI's (40mm drop) on awsome gti that i quite like. before you all say get coilover's i haven't got that much money and its more for looks than performance, and before you all say dont bother with springs get a RARB, well im gettin one but not yet. my question is: will these springs damage the shocks (my VRS has 72,000 miles on clock, shocks never been changed) will a 40mm lower cause any major knocks what sort of road handling increases can i expect & ive heard that just lowering springs causes the back suspension to be higher than the front, Is there any solutions to this problem

hmmm had a look at one in donney skoda other day inside is really nice but dont rekon much to the outside plus torques to low and they have done nowt wi suspension its too long and thin not to have done ought with it
