the camera formats the card for its own purpose ... shouldnt have caused a prob with harddrive at all. i use a card reader with no probs at all doesnt affect card in anyway

miele can recommend as have washer ... yes a little expensive but do have good warrenty and are known to last. Had beko tv and fridge freezer in past both great no probs what so ever. Do now have samsung fridge freezer and tv ( no i dont buy them together ) and again no probs with either.
