You need 2 or 3 updates. There is a release called SK20220307SEQSW96 that has TWO updates in one package, first takes you to 1762, next brings you to 1896. Then you need to load the 1941 update

It's about the software train installed in the system rather than the list of features, so if you have MOI3_EU_SK_xYYYYz value then you should be ok to load this. I have sent you a link by PM, so hopefully it matches what you have loaded on (I see you are on 1803, this should be able to upgrade you to 1941 directly, so no need for 1896 for example)

How to tell when a dealer is lying to you... when you see their lips moving. The fastest connection I can think of via diagnostic plug, would take 3 hrs to send the amount of data. ODIS would be used to verify all is well, and to send back diagnostic protocol to factory/importer for payment of warranty work. Anyhow, the main thing is your car got the update needed, fingers crossed it now behaves.

You can update the firmware to 8755 version, BUT from what I know you can only activate the mirrorlink by paying dealer for a code.

Odds are @TheWanderer has a good idea, your firmware is very old, and I could be wrong, but I think there are fixes for wireless AA mentioned in a TPI document. You really should consider the upgrade.

I doubt the update is done by ODIS, I know of no means of doing it this way, it is only there to confirm with factory and check SWK (if I have that term correct) The update is done by USB-C There is no firmware released that ODIS can program, and the speed of the diagnostic head is waaaay too slow for that amount of data.
