  1. ok so i put the volt meter onto the battery postive point on the starter motor and it seems ok.. so that would indicate its the starter motor?
  2. My skoda fabia is not starting for a couple of days now. i park it on a slope and jump start it. I have had a look and the battery has the green light and i hooked it up to charge it but it was giving 100% charged. I have cleaned the connections and no better. I have tried jumpleads but no better. I reckon it may be the alternator or the starter. I there any way of knowing which of these it is or could it be something else? Thanks. Is there any way of knowingif it is one or the other of the alternator or the starter.....
