I think we should eject VW and Audi from the Skoda/Seat Group tbh... just keep the premium parts of the group...

Mine sometimes 'loses' the usb stick.. I have to turn it off for a while before it spots it again...

Similar, I spent a baffled afternoon having fitted mine, doing test runs then wondering why my obd app kept returning standard figures.... Doh.... Always used to work on my chip, never clicked that the box doesn't alter the figures at the obd!!! We live and learn....

I moved into a mk3 rs tdi from a tuned mk2 petrol rs and I was seriously disappointed with the tdi as standard, couldn't believe how lacking the standard diseasal is in torque. The software hesitation flat spot doesn't help either, but I am happy with the mpg figures I now achieve.... The tdi imho needs tuning to bring a smile to your face, but it is only imho...

Tad far for you to go though, maybe, depends how much you're in need of a decent buffing......

As someone on another topic said... This is huge, certainly not confined to vw and Audi, and it may just be so monumental in scale to deter any official govt action. Kind of like we all know smoking causes a myriad of ways to die, but it hasn't been banned yet... Go ahead, maintain the order and be risk aware, not risk averse...

I've used Apr, revo and dtuk, all impressed. Just make sure you know what you're doing regarding insurance, warranty and getting used to the extra speed you can carry.
