  1. So a SEAT version of the Cross-Up, maybe there will be a Citigo Scout to complete the set.
  2. mtl, the car is looking great, you've made some nice mods. My opinion, the LED lights would be fine, and they would fit in with what you've done, with the upgraded stereo unit, boot carpet and chrome trims, it would still look like a Superb, but one with a better spec. Those lights are from the L&K model, so to me they aren't strange or cheap looking. If they were the chrome cluster Lexus style LED lights that get fitted to the racer Corsas and Fiestas, that would be a no no.
  3. The Roomster 2 / rebadged VW Caddy is dead before it got out. http://www.carscoops.com/2015/12/this-is-2016-skoda-roomster-that-got.html?m=1
  4. I'll take pictures when it isn't raining, but I've gained a dent. It's on the passenger side rear panel, on the crease line that runs under the side windows, and it has gone through the paint to the metal. Would one of these dent removal services with the specialised kit be able to get to it and fix it, or is it going to be a panel respray job? The car is a Black edition with the metallic/pearl black paint. I'm paying monthly for the car, it isn't bought outright. So A) leave it for now and fix it nearer to when the 3 years are up on the payments. Respray job? C) Dent removal and touch up.
  5. Side indicators in the door mirrors, wind down windows in the rear doors, luxury!!
  6. Retro fittable? And are there any part numbers and prices for the boot light and string yet?
  7. I fit inside it properly. I'm 6'6", and I went around other cars like Fiat 500 & Panda, 107/108/C1/Aygo (old and new), Hyundai i10, Jazz. They were mostly just a bit short on legroom, so were a bit 'knees around the steering wheel', the 500 had the extra fun of the bar going across the roof just where my head goes back on the headrest. The other car I did fit in for space were the new Smart and Twingo (previous car was a 2008 Smart ForTwo), but the new manual cars have NO SPACE AT ALL off the clutch pedal for your left foot, and the automatics weren't out yet (maybe they are now, they were a few months away at the time). So that brought it down to the Up/Mii/Citigo, and for price and spec the slightly used Citigo Black Edition I bought was the best deal for me.
  8. 2 of the bits on the list, the nut parts (the plastic plugs that go into the square holes in the body shell) came as packs of 25, and they wouldn't split them down to the right numbers. Ordering the right number of the 747 bolt parts was fine.
  9. Got one for mine now, the rubber floor fits after its trimmed at the edges. I made doubly sure I was getting the right part with the VW dealer guys (and there was an Up in the showroom with the variable floor) as there are the 2 rubber floors, one for the boot and one for the variable boot shelf, the shelf part is too small for the boot floor, and I could see that the part for the floor would fit once it was cut. These are the only 2 parts, checked by 2 VW parts guys, there's no rubber floor specifically for the variable boot floor.
  10. Ordered, done and fitted, thanks to Owens' PDF in the technical guides. One small query, and its not a big deal, the rear edge of the liners pokes out past the bottom of the bumper, only by about half an inch on the outer edges, its like its got very small mud flaps . Everything is fitted and screwed in where it should be. Is this because the Up and Citigo have a slightly different shape to the bottom edges of the bumper? I'll take a pic and post it when I can.
  11. All done here too, along with the rubber boot floor and wheelarch liners. The variable floor was a doddle to fit, and I'm very happy with it, it matches the backs of the seats and everything!
  12. Cheers alianmac, I'm off to the vw dealer today
  13. More confused now, the thread here http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/332963-wheel-arch-liners/ says its 14 of the M WN 909 747 01 bolts? is it 14 or 12?
  14. At the local VW dealer yesterday, they didn't have this part number on their system (they said they had access to Skoda parts), is Z15 1NF 1307 a Skoda dealer part only? The part number doesn't come up on a search here either http://www.skodaparts.com/products Cheers.
  15. Went to the VW dealer yesterday with the list from this thread, and they told me they have new part numbers, I haven't bought anything yet, just got the quote left on their system. Here's the list as on the quote: M W1S0 810 971 C N/STOCK WHEEL HOUS. 1x £29.59 M W1S0 810 972 B N/STOCK WHEEL HOUS. 1x £30.32 M W1S0 810 987 9B 9 N/STOCK ADAPTER 1x £3.97 M WN 106 213 01 D3A214 NUT 4x £0.68 each £2.72 total M WN 909 747 01 D1A043 BOLT 1x £0.13 M WN 908 338 01 D1A067 NUT 6x £0.51 each £3.06 total Other than the M W at the start, the part numbers look similar. It looks like there is only one of the adapters on the order, there should be a 988 9B 9 part there too unless its a left and right set together now, and there is just one M WN 909 747 01 bolt in the order, should this definitely be 12 bolts? (its for a 64 reg Black Edition, if that makes any difference). That list with the 988 9B 9 part, and 12 bolts should be ok to go ahead and order? Cheers.
  16. I went to my local VW dealer yesterday to get this, with the list from Countrigo's post. Was told they have new part numbers on the system. I didn't go ahead and buy, just got a quote left on their system. Here's whats on the quote sheet M W1S0 858 831 F8 2V N/STOCK MOUNTING 1x £8.63 M W1S0 858 832 F8 2V N/STOCK MOUNTING 1x £8.63 M W1S0 858 855 E1 BS N/STOCK PLATFORM 1x £72.44 M WN 910 268 02 N/STOCK BOLT 6x £0.68 each £4.08 total Other than the spaces between numbers and the M W at the start of each number, the only difference I can see is that the platform part ends with E1 BS instead of D1 BS. Is everything here present and correct to go ahead and make the order? Cheers.
  17. PS4 digital copy here. Had a quick go last night with a Clio around Oulton Fosters track. Be gentle with the cars, I'm using a controller and at first I was yanking the car around the corners, and kept turning in sharper than I wanted, going nose into the inside of the bend and spinning it. Apparently the controller mode 2 is better to handle the cars. I know what I'll be doing to much of this weekend
  18. The PH Yeti L&K article http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=23&t=1509135&nmt=RE%3A+Skoda+Yeti+Laurin+
  19. Excuse the silly question but is that on top of the floor carpet or just on the metal floor and wheel well?
  20. No brown, but red is the only free colour like the Citigo.
  21. I'm 6'6" so my car is a 3 seater, unless you're an amputee dwarf child Seat all the way back, height all the way down.
  22. Yeah but it's a Vauxhall Viva though.
  23. I'd seen one somewhere too. It must be in the picture thread, I thought. Nope. One of the Black Edition threads? Nope not that one. No. No. Not there either. Aha there it is! http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/336128-my-brand-new-black-edition-citigo/ I just spent way too long looking for that picture.
  24. Ade76 PH Xbox One, mostly playing Forza games.
  25. Android wear watches look like they are getting better, the Moto360 is one I'd go for if it wasn't for the black section at the bottom of the screen, and there should be a 360 version 2 coming soon. Pebble have the colour screen Time on Kickstarter, and the battery life on those kicks Android out of the park. They both have their pros and cons, I'd rather have a round screen though.
