  1. A bit lowered using Eibach Pro Kit, what do you think? What do you advise to do next, remapping, RARB, something else?
  2. My Pro Kit just arrived few days ago. I've been hearing advices like changing the shock absorber bump stops replaced from standard to Ibiza Cupra? The thing is, allegedly, that the car with lowering springs and standard bump stops is too stiff, so shorter bump stops make it better. Does anyone know about this from the first hand? This mod is not common in my country, so I'm asking you, seem like there at your place Pro Kit is a must-have. :D
  3. Thank you very very much. That helped alot. I've been browsing whole afternoon today and yesterday looking for an answer.
  4. I am to have my standard Ambient four spoke steering wheel in my Fabia 2010 FL with three spoke leather wheel - FBA800001. In skoda dealership they told me that my current airbag/horn will fit but one of the ebay seller who I contacted for used three spoke steering wheel(FBA800001) said to me that the airbag from four spoke steering wheel wont fit three spoked one. Does any one know the answer?
  5. Well yours is vRS. It should be different. Mine definitely does not put on OBC error when DRL bulb is detached and also yesterday I checked for the fog lights. All the same, H8 bulb removed, foglights on, no error. So you do not need CANBUS LED bulbs for fog lights in Fabia 2010-.
  6. Does anyone know if there is OBC error on the dash if the fog light goes of? The car is Fabia Mk.2 Facelift, 11/2010. I know that there is no error if the DRL bulb goes of, and now I want to put LEDs in foglights, so why to pay more for error free if I do not need error free. Now it is -12 degrees in my country so I cannot go to the car and remove the bulb to see
  7. I know it is old topic, but now I have the same problem. Bought error free canbus turn signal indicators, everything normal but hyper flash and error on the OBD. Can I fix the problem with some plug and play load resistors and which one?
  8. Fabia DRLs are not connected to error signalizing system. You can fit just any kind of led with no resistor, and it will show no error. I fitted just any led 1156, i think they are 4-5W, and they work. Also interior light and the licence plate lights on Fabia require no error free led's or resistors. Tried it myself.
  9. No side airbags, just for the driver and the co driver, one airbag for each of them. But you could be right, there could be side sensors for frontal airbags.
  10. Thanks, I will take a look behind the door cover. I bought the car new, but I have aftermarket HU, Pioneer DEH (some number). 6 cables in the door cannot be for anything else but central locking, electric windows and speakers, so 2 for each of them makes it six.
  11. I have 2010. Fabia Ambiente with no rear speakers. I do have central locking though, and when I removed the small ribbed hose that holds the cables for each door, there is 6 (six) wires going into each rear door. I do not have electric windows in the rear doors, central locking is the only electric powered thing in the rear doors. So, i presume that electric locking needs 2 od max. 3 wires, so what for are the other 4 or 3 wires? I also suppose that two are for speakers, and two for windows?

  13. Havent found adequate thread to ask this question so I will post it here. Does the Octavia A5 FL Swing radio fits Skoda Fabia Mk.2 2010.? I seem to have a very good opportunity to buy one from friends A5 FL, but I dont know if it fits? And one new photo:
  14. Mk.1 RS wheels on Mk.2 FL, operation successful The effect is awesome. Completely different car to look at and to drive. Tires are Barum Bravuris 2 205 45 R16 83V, which are very reasonably priced over here in Serbia. The car is not as hard on the road as I was afraid it would be, just slightly less confy ride than on 15" but it handles better, and I think it accelerates from standstill with more ease. Just have to buy wheel bolt covers which are here hard to find, even at official Škoda dealer. Now the cars look is begging for Eibach Pro Kit :(
  15. Will I be able to put Fabia Mk.1 RS 16" stock alloys on my 2010. Fabia 1.2TSI? My wheels are 15"x6 ET43. And the RS ones are 16x6.5, ET42 or 32? Cant find the exact info anywhere. :|
  16. Whats the name of the Mk.1 RS Fabia stock 16" alloys? Cant find it on the web.
  17. And can anyone tell me if the steel rim bolts are the same like the aluminum wheel bolts. I think that since the safety ones are the same, all the others must be identical.
  18. Hey guys. Bought my self Fabia Mk.1 RS wheels which have a lower offset than my stock wheels. ET37(alloys) compared to ET43(stock steel wheels). Will be buying safety wheel bolts, so I was wondering will that be an issue since skoda has only one safety bolts model for all their cars, Fabia to Yeti. Will I be able toput that bolts with no fuss and has anyone tried to put Mk.1 alloys on Mk.2 Fabia. I calculated that wheels will be roughly half an inch more wider(11-12mm)? Thanks
  19. I changed DRLs to common LEDs and no dash light flashing. Also put LED parking lights with no problem. Dunno... Thanks for the info.
  20. Fabia 2010. has C5W license plate lights but they come in different sizes. Does anyone know is it 41mm, 40mm, 39mm or 36mm lenght of the bulb? Want to put on leds from dx.com.
  21. The other day I had my classic DRL bulbs replaced for bright white 12 chip LEDs. This is the result. And also, chrome corner lights, they flash orange, but have no color.
  22. Cops stop me every once in a while thinking I have my fogs on, which is forbidden in Serbia when there is no fog, and the ticket is about 30 quid. Then every time I have to go out and explain what is it.
