  1. It’s going in to the service department for the third time tomorrow. Initially they thought it was a loose oil cooler, but the issue remains. It appears to be differential oil given the fluid is a light yellow colour. Vehicle is also making a horrible whining sound now and a clunking sound (probably because it has no lubricant), so I haven’t been driving it. Doesn’t appear I will receive a courtesy car even after emailing Skoda (VW) Australia, who took no responsibility and simply said I should deal direct with the dealership. I’ll wait and see if I get a loan car tomorrow, but I doubt it. This has been an awful experience, particularly given I paid for the 7 year service pack and warranty. VW Australia are selling these vehicles at a premium price while offering no support. Buyer beware.
  2. It appears my 2022 Kodiaq RS is suffering from a similar issue. A lot of oil all over the side of the engine that meets the gearbox. Oil is dripping on my driveway as well (how I noticed the issue). Skoda service weren’t able to find the source of the leak, so I have to wait until mid-Jan until they can have it for more time to ‘investigate’. Literally looks like someone has poured oil inside the engine bay and undercarriage 😞 I’m feeling regret…
