Really not having much luck with my car, had to avoid a car driving in the middle of road the other day, so ended up kerbing both n/s wheels. Tried looking into having my arches sorted the company I spoke to could only do the front arches so I've decided the R32 brakes are coming off next week and I'll go back to standard brakes to get the spacers off my car and I'll look into a brake set up that fit behind my wheels.

Thought I'd add mine to this thread, still lots left to do on it though but its getting there.

Gave the car a quick clean yesterday although its filthy again lol. Will have to get my arches sorted next I think then hopefully drop it more

I'm hoping to get mine cleaned this weekend and get some better pics, think I need to get my arches flared out though and get it dropped a bit more as I had to keep the wheel spacers on the car.

Well the wheels are on although it didn't quite go to plan, my R32 calipers are just too big, the wheels just sat up against them, so had to keep the spacers on that I was hoping to take off the car but I'll take some pics when I get a chance so you can see how it looks.

I've got the K&N 57S airbox on my vRS TDI and its help lose the flat spots I was having at least.

Finally a happy bunny, tyres are now ordered up so I can off my old wheels next week and get them sold on really can't wait to see how the car looks with its new wheels on although I think it will need to be lowered more afterwards.

My fronts are upgraded to the 345mm R32 set up, hoping to finally get these on next week as funds wouldn't allow beginning of the month, getting bored of them sat in the shed for now lol.

Its the picture of the Passat CC that made me go for these so hoping they will look ok, will have to sort out the ride height afterwards though.

Finally pay day tomorrow so I can order up my tyres for the wheels and then get rid of my old wheels and spacers, also sorted out some centre caps so they are getting there.

As above which width tyres are best for my new 19's for my 2010 Octavia vRS, my new wheels are 8.5 wide with an ET40 offset.

Thought I'd post up pics of my new wheels, just got to get my pennies together for some tyres then I can sell on my old wheels.

A lot of the flat spots I had are now gone, feels more revvy and constantly on the power through the gears now with my Revo Stage 1.

I've actually done something with my car lol, although someone has put some dings in my bodywork I'll have to get that sorted at somepoint. Fitted a K&N 57S Airbox to mine which imo made a huge difference to the way it drives

Ah ok, I'll just keep an eye on them then and hopefully it will go so I know which ones to replace. Thanks for that.

I need some help really, I've got the bulb warning light up on my dash but I don't appear to have any bulbs out on the car when I look round it. My only question I have at the moment is on the vRS do the side lights in the top of the headlights work or are they off cos I have the LED running lights in the bumper??

Keep looking at these sat in my room so thought I'd see if anyone wants them. I have a pair of brand new Powerflex front wishbone rear bushes and I've also got a pair of brand new Lemforder rear bushes with the brackets so all you have to is press out the standard bushes and fit the powerflex ones in their place. Looking for £50 delivered.

Its gonna be a while before I can get some time spent on the car this year so thought I'd sell these on for now. These were bought for my 2010 Octavia vRS CR170 hatch. Brand new unopened H&R lowering spring kit 50mm. And to go with them I have a pair of brand new Lemforder bushes and brackets which are genuine parts and I have Powerflex bushes to replace the standard ones in the brackets. I'm wanting £170 for the lot delivered.

Not done much other than use it and enjoy it lately, although I have banging around in my boot a set of H&R 50mm springs as I want the car that bit more lower lol, so I'll try and get them fitted this month if I get the chance

Had a few spare pennys from my work bonus so treated the car to a stage 1 map
