it can be used both on VW and skoda, the buttons and surround have nearly unlimited colour choices to match vw blue or skoda green, the startup image at the moment is VW but can be very easily changed to skoda or any customised image of your choice.

also have reversing camera that I got from ebay, its a cheap one but works well with this unit, no use of me now so I will throw it in with the whole lot.

hey all, after a long while keeping this unit, finally back to square one as the jetta is about to go in favour of a Mercedes e class, taking out the kenwood unit tho so its up for sale again. refer to the top of the thread for pics and specs, it has to go as I have no use for it whatsoever so let me know if someone is interested before I chuck it on ebay. regards naj

hey all, I have just bought a couple of drl lights for my jetta, they don't have a control unit like the Philips one do but 3 wires at the end, BLACK for battery, WHITE for sidelight to trigger on/off and the user manual says the RED has to be connected to ignition. I understand the concept but don't have a clue where the ignition wire in the engine bay would be or what colour or cluster, can anyone please help me in pointing out the ignition wire and or any other suggestions regarding the whole process. regards naj PIC OF THE UNIT ATTACHED

hi, have any briskodians in kent area specially around Maidstone got a vagcom/vcds system?? (or whatever its called as I don't know the details) and if yes I would request a little help regarding DRL light on my jetta, I have read that the side lights can be turned on to work as DRL and the brightness can be set to higher than usual, I have read that on different forums but reality could be different. I can drive the car up to wherever in kent the system can be with a willing briskodian to help many thanks naj

hey, don't know about the compatibility for the sony stalk but since its kenwood its being compatible with vw steering unit so it just might have a universal thing, although it doesn't say anything about it on the manual, if you could do some research on google and find out, cheers

no it doesn't mate, don't know the reason could be the wiring or firmware, reversing camera can be plugged in quiet easy tho.
