  1. See that's what I didn't want to hear Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Ok so new calipers and carriers fitted, problems still there!! Brake pedal goes solid, front brakes seize on to the point where the car drags like f**k but if you stop and pump the brake pedal they come free. Completely stumped here and rather annoyed, think it might be time for a change Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Went all the way in the end and have ordered new carriers for the front in the hope that this will cure it Thanks for the advice though, will let you all know if I get it cured Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. My bonnets a right mess with stone chips, thinking of having it resprayed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Had a similar problem when halfords fitted a parrot kit to my vrs, wires connected incorrectly, memory and power ( red and yellow ) wires the wrong way. Halfords don't get near my car now, I has to strip it out and fit it correctly myself, yes I know I should have just done it myself the first time but i thought it would be the easy option to get them to fit it as it was included in the price. 8. Hi all It's been a while since I've been on as I've been away working abroad for about a year, just after a little advice. My brother was looking after my car while I was away, well I say looking after very loosely. I had to put new calipers on the front and they have been fine for a few days but I took the wife for a drive today and the front brakes started playing funny buggers, they seemed to seize up, left one mainly and to the point where they were causing the car to "drag" but after stoping for a while they will free off and will be fine until brakes are used again. Could this be the carriers slide pins causing a problem as the carriers and pins are the original ones on the car. Any advice would be welcome Thanks muchly
  9. hello all Im looking at getting a front splitter for my vrs, anyone know of anywhere to get one and the cost? Cheers
