Well my three years is nearly up and time to change. So I've done over 50000 miles and the only fault has been a wheel bearing, replaced under warranty. I don't count the punctures and cracked alloys, they're the fault of our wonderful potholes! Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2

I joined Briskoda when I got my Superb a year ago, as I had found the Citroen forums essential in examining the multitude of faults I had. Unfortunately having done 22000 miles in the year i have had absolutly no problems, no questions, and the car is working as perfectly as ever. So....Sorry that I haven't been on here much - the car is to blame :-)

Last week I filled up (140 DGS Estate) after a motorway trip and saw 780 on the meter!!

I'm sure this is just bad luck. I've had mi Superb two weeks and 1200 miles and still think it's the best car I've ever had.

My car was due on 20th January. Arrived at the dealer on 5th but I couldn't get it delivered (due to my work committments) until 12th January, but still jut a little under the 16 weeeks I was quoted.

Thanks Guys, To be honest I didn't notice it round town, under lights, motorway etc but once I got out into the dark of the New Forest it became very obvious. I'll try the various remedies suggested and see which works best for me.

I just got my new Superb Estate S 140 DSG and am really pleased with it but at night there is a little light that comes on with the lights and points down at the gear stick area. It is a little distracting and I was womdering if it can be turned off? I can't find anything in the manual about it.

I'm having my Superb S delivered in the new year. I do a lot of driving on the continent and want to know what to do about the headlights. I won't have the travel mode on the Superb S so presumably need beam deflectors. Can you get removable ones that can be re-used or do I need to buy a new set each time?

Also ordered mine, although it looks extremely bare compared to yours! My company must be much tighter with the money (actually I know they are!) Superb Estate S Storm Blue option Cruise control Expected delivery date 20-01-11. Lee

Thanks Everyone. I have come to the conclusion that if this is a problem it only seems to be on a new car. Once it has settled in things get better. So today I ordered my Superb Estate CR S. I really appreciate the comments and help. Lee PS At 6'2 and 16 and a half stone maybe I'm bigger than some but it comes in handy for my Rugby!!

I am seriously considering a Superb as my next company car. I've had one on demo and it is the Elegance version with electric leather seats. They are very narrow and the seat edges are very hard. As a larger than average person I really can't see them being comfortable for anything other than short journeys. Now my question is: if I get the Superb S with standard seats, are they any more comfortable for larger people? Thanks
