I just wanted to flag up to anyone who had used Underwood Colchester who have now closed to please take care if they choose to take their vehicle to Underwood's Clacton My experiences at Colchester was always very good. It's been awful with the guys at Clacton. And if you do have issues be prepared that Skoda UK will side with the so called approved partner than the customer. It's a shame as when I come to change my car in 2024 I will looking elsewhere.

I had my car serviced by these guys in Colchester without any issues. They have now closed and advised me to take my vehicle to Clacton on Sea which is a Skoda partner and not a franchise dealership. The one in Clacton is Vauxhall. That should be warning one. So in short I had an awful experience with Underwood Clacton and will never be taking my vehicle to them again. Trading Standards have been advised of the issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for your Skoda servicing.
