Not used the Supernatural MP, but I have used Lime Prime Light Its very good as a pre wax cleanser / post polish primer Gives a good base for wax...recommended -

Just some All Purpose Cleaner sprayed on, agitated if you wish , then rub dry with a towel or MF cloth Been doing this for years...works well

Looks like a hell of a challenge that...Might be one too far TBH Can you mask off the switches and not paint them? OR Paint over them and not worry about the illumination?
